Swadhin Port Blair Private Industrial Training Institute is NCVT affiliated ITI conducting Industrial Training in the areas of Electrician, Information Technology (IT), It was established in the year 2016 with a mission to provide technical education mainly to the unemployed youth. The SPPITI is situated at Andaman & Nicobor Island, Prothrapur, Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands 744105.
The campus has an extensive landscape of with lush green environment and is fully equipped with all the infrastructural facilities free from pollution with greenery all over in the campus. Swadhin Port Blair Industrial Training Institute is managed by Swadhin Trust.

SWADHIN (Society for Welfare & Development of Human Initiatives), a duly registered trust, having its own registered office at Gushkara Aushgram Road, Burdwan started its numerous activities with a number of qualified personnel and some enthusiastic young men and women. The Trust has the capacity to provide efficient technical & non-technical persons to render complete dedication to run the educational Institutions successfully. Now, it is conducting training programmes under different livelihood sectors to develop the socio-economic condition of the people mainly of the young people & organizing educational, cultural & social activities effectively.

We have 25 ITIs which are runs under PTP mode. Recently a circular has been published by Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship Directorate General of Training vide circular no DGT – 27/2022-ITCell dt. 23-03-2023 and as per the report our Government ITI Nakashipara Scored 8.8 out of 10 for the academic year 2023-24. As per the NITI AAYOG January 2023 Report the highest grade was achieved by our Government ITI Nakashipara with 4.2. And also, our other ITIs grade listed below.
